Pet Rider Bicycle Seat
by O'Donnell comfortably lets your pet ride along with you on your bicycle!
Each Pet Rider comes with high-visibility reflective tape sewn on the seat for
increased safety while riding with your pet.
Fabric - machine washable nylon Black Quilt fabric with a a soft
faux fleece interior is very durable, and easy to remove for washing.
Includes a safety strap which you will attach to the back of your dogs
harness. A harness must be used with the seat for your pets safety. We sell

The Pet Rider Bicycle Seat does not come with a carrier, which is the
flat metal surface you place the seat on. You will need to purchase this
separately at you local bike shop. You can use this on the front or rear of a
bicycle. The seat comes with straps that attach securely to the bicycle frame
and carrier.
General Information - The Pet Rider Seat is designed to mount on the
rear or front carrier of your bicycle. If your bicycle does not have one, you
can find them at your local bicycle shop or various discount chain stores in
their accessory section. The Pet Rider Seat weighs about 6 pounds and can
carry pets weighing up to 24 lbs.
Instructions: Place Pet Rider Seat on the bicycle carrier and
position it at or under the rider's seat for rear mounting or against the
handle bar for front mounting. A strap on the Pet Rider Seat goes through the
carrier and fastens to the seat or handle bar post and should be tightened
securely with the adjustment on the strap. The two side straps are designed to
provide side-to-side stability and need to be attached on both sides of the
bicycle frame or fork, keeping them clear of the chain or wheels. Use the
supplied self-adhesive wrap to protect paint. Wrap the adhesive around the
frame or fork and place the side strap between the self-adhesive wrap and the
clamp provided. Tighten the clamp and then connect the strap to the
quick-release buckle and adjust any looseness to maintain equal side-to-side
tension. After tightening the side straps, work the loose strap ends in the
holder provided so the loose end does not flap during use. When using Pet
Rider Seat, your pet should be in a harness. The Control Strap provided on the
Pet Rider Seat goes through the pet harness and around the strap holding the
seat to the bicycle post. Tighten the strap so your pet is secure and cannot
leave the seat. To start using the Pet Rider Seat, secure pet and slowly walk
the bicycle allowing your pet to become accustomed. When your pet feels
comfortable, start your ride.
Washing Instructions: To wash the cover, remove the post strap
from the grommets by taking off the strap's adjustable end and slip the cover
off. Wash in warm water, NO bleach and dry on LOW heat, removing promptly.
